Yes. Most products are created after the order is placed. This reduces leftover inventory but adds production time before shipping.

Not always. Different products can be produced at different facilities and may arrive in separate packages.

What if an order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Because every product is made to order, buyer's remorse and incorrect size or color selections are not generally eligible for return or refund, except where required by law.
