Returns, Refunds & Order Problems
Every Nursing Threads product is made to order. Review the product details, colors, dimensions, and size guide before ordering.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from the order, email support@nursingthreads.com within 30 days of delivery. Include the order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs of the item and packaging. If the issue is confirmed, Nursing Threads will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Do not mail a product back before contacting support. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or recoverable.
Because products are made specifically for each order, Nursing Threads does not generally accept returns or provide refunds for buyer's remorse, ordering the wrong size, or selecting the wrong color, except where required by law. A courtesy solution may be offered at Nursing Threads' discretion but is not guaranteed.
If a package is returned because the customer supplied an incomplete or incorrect address, or because it was unclaimed, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing time varies.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded in the customer's location.
