Shipping Policy

Nursing Threads products are made after you place your order. Most products require 2 to 5 business days for production before shipping. Production time is separate from shipping time.

After production, standard U.S. shipping commonly takes 3 to 8 business days. The estimate shown at checkout is the best estimate available for the order and destination, but it is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Products may be produced at different facilities. One order can arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.

Tracking information is emailed when an order ships. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show movement.

Review the shipping address carefully before ordering. If a package is returned because the address was incomplete or incorrect, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

If the estimated delivery date has passed and tracking has not updated, email support@nursingthreads.com with the order number.
